The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:
Joal Armendariz, 19, found guilty of receiving or disposing of stolen property (over $250) and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.
Danny Sanchez, 35, found guilty of probation violation and will continue on probation and successfully complete a drug treatment program.
Mario Garza, 32, found guilty of possession of methamphetamine, concealing identity, bringing contraband into jail and driving on a suspended or revoked license. He will serve 10 months in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and five years of supervised probation.
Freddie Lucero, 36, found guilty of improper sale, disposal removal or concealing of encumbered property. He will serve 18 months of supervised probation.
Hattie C. Skinner, 29, found guilty of forgery and will serve three years of supervised probation.
Krystal McBride, 20, found guilty of two counts of fraudulent use of credit card without consent of cardholder (over $300) and will serve three years of supervised probation.
Norma Jiminez, 22, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and no insurance and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
Rufina J. Myers, 38, found guilty of embezzlement (over $2,500), identity theft, forgery and driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Myers will serve five years of supervised probation.
Elfigo Juan Montano, 54, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor (fourth or subsequent offense) and driving on revocation and will serve 18 months plus sevens days in the Department of Corrections. Defendant shall receive credit for 275 days of pre-sentence confinement.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:
Debra Hall, 51, found guilty of criminal damage and will serve six months of supervised probation.
Maryanne Chambers, 27, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and stop sign violation and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
Alan Sumner, 24, found guilty of battery on a household member and assault on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
