The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
• Dominic Morin, 19, found guilty of contempt of court and will serve 364 days of supervised probation. Morin was also found guilty of concealing identity and will also serve 182 days of supervised probation.
• Jesus Santos, 22, found guilty of resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and public affray and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
• Paul Chavez, 28, found guilty of abuse of glue/aerosol and open container and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
• Erica Lucero, 23, found guilty of concealing identity ad possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, less than one ounce and will serve 182 days of supervised probation.
• Shelton Standefer, 19, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and open container and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
• Sergio Vironche, 19, found guilty of contempt of court and will serve 14 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 350 days of supervised probation.
• Karen Palenschat, 31, found guilty of probation violation and is ordered to continue probation under the same terms and conditions as previously imposed.
• Gildardo Aranda, 37, found guilty of telephone harassment and will serve 364 days of unsupervised probation.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
• Alfonso Franco, 46, and Gabriela Ramirez, 37, both of Portales.
• John George, 45, and Stephanie Privitt, 27, both of Portales.
• Jason DeRocher, 20, and Sarah Fourton, 20, both of Portales.

The following divorces were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
• Kimberly Sant and David Sant Jr.
• Tashani Fernandes and Joshua McGaha.
• Rebecca Nunn and Taylor Nunn.
