The following dispositions were recently filed in magistrate court:
Anastacio Saenz, 31, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence (third offense), vehicle in unsafe conditions, driving with an expired license, no insurance and no seatbelt and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail term (334 days suspended, serve three years of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program, install an interlock device and pay $1,420 in fines.
Ryan Null, 29, pleaded guilty to selling cattle without a bill of sale and is ordered to pay $217 in fines.
Jordan Griffin, 18, pleaded guilty to driving on suspended license and no insurance and is ordered to serve a 364-day deferred sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $75 in fines.
Jason Hunton, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (334 days suspended), serve 334 days of supervised probation, attend the ASPEN program any pay $242 in fines.
Jennifer Mathis, 24, was found guilty of a probation violation and is ordered to serve 60 days in jail.
The following disposition was recently filed in district court:
Martin Morales, 32, pleaded guilty to six conts of attempted transpotation of stolen livestock and is sentenced to six years, minus six days, suspended and must serve five years of supervised probation.
