Audrea Cain, 33, pleaded guilty to fraud and is ordered to serve a three-year deferred sentence and three years probation and pay $105 in fines.

The following dispositions were recently filed in magistrate court:

Jose Carisales, 28, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence, open container, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence and 364 days probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service, install an interlock device and pay $739 in fines.

Jason Adams, 32, pleaded guilty to battery and is ordered to serve a 182-day suspended sentence and 182 days of probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $167 in fines.

Bernabe Guthrie, 42, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence and 364 days of probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $242 in fines.

Sherman Kent, 51, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence and 364 days of probation and pay $192 in fines.

Scott Miller, 19, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol and is ordered to serve one year of probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete 30 hours of community service and pay $1,067 in fines ($900 suspended).

Victoria Carter, 21, pleaded no contest to battery and is ordered to serve a 182-day suspended sentence and 182 days of probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $67 in fines.

Kevin Davis, 23, pleaded no contest to driving while under the influence and open container in a motor vehicle and is ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence and one year of probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service, install an interlock device and pay $295 in fines.

Marcos Velasquez, 26, pleaded no contest to resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve a 364-day jail sentence (151 days suspended) and 151 days of probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $67 in fines.

Alexander Morales, 18, pleaded no contest, pursuant to a conditional discharge, to possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and is ordered to attend the ASPEN program.

Eric Ballard, 20, pleaded no contest to driving while under the influence and driving without headlights when required and is orderd to serve a 364-day jail sentence (360 days suspended) and 360 days probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service, install an ignition interlock and pay $780 in fines.

Denee Doud, 19, pleaded no contest to possession of alcoholic possession by minors and is ordered to serve one year of probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete 40 hours of community service and pay $1,067 in fines ($800 suspended).

Chad Denning, 19, pleaded no contest to possession of alcoholic beverages by minor and is ordered to serve one year of probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete 30 hours of community service and pay $1,067 in fines ($900 suspended).

Sean Lofland, 43, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia and is ordered to serve a 379-day suspended sentence and 379 days of probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $464 in fines.

Felicia Apodaca, 18, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a conditional discharge, to possession of marijuana and is ordered to serve six months of probation and attend the ASPEN program.

Heather Estrada, 19, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a conditional discharge, to possession of marijuana and is ordered to serve six months of probation and attend the ASPEN program.

Police Blotter
The following is a sampling of calls taken by Portales Police dispatchers during the past week. According to the reports:

Nov. 17
• At 12:08 p.m. a two vehicle accident in the 1200 block of N. Chicago was reported. One of the two vehicles had already left the scene according to the caller.

• At 2:25 p.m. a burglary was reported on E. Rose Street. The caller’s home had been broken into.

• At 8:26 p.m. a caller reported a vehicle rollover at the corner of N.M. 88 and Roosevelt Road O.

Nov. 18
• At 7:32 a.m. an accident with injuries was reported on N.M. 206 between a car and a semi-truck. However, all refused medical transport.

• At 7:36 a.m. another accident with injuries was reported at the corner of N.M. 267 and Redwine/Quincy. State police investigated.

Nov. 19
• At 9:54 p.m. a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Main and First street was reported.

Monday
• At 2:27 p.m. police received a report of a female subject going door-to-door on South Main soliciting money for a Clovis church. Police caught up with the woman, found her story to be ficticious, according to the report, and arrested her for fraud.

• At 6:13 p.m. a caller reported their car windows had been broken out on North Main.
