Jackie L. Reynolds, 64, of Anadarko, Okla., died on Thursday, April 6, 2006, in Anadarko, Okla.
He was born March 29, 1942, in Fletcher, Okla., to Andrew Jack Reynolds and Doris Benton Reynolds. He was an all-around athlete at Cyril High, graduating in 1960. After graduation, he attended Cameron College for two years. In 1965, he began his career for the Santa Fe Railroad in New Mexico. He retired in 1997 with 32 years of service.
Family members said he loved to play golf with his father, brothers and sons.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2005.
Survivors include his wife, Josie Reynolds of Anadarko, two sons, Andy Reynolds (and wife, Candra) of Portales and Greg Reynolds (Sarah); two daughters, Gayla Reynolds of Springfield, Miss., and Dorisa Dunavin (Steve) of Amarillo; his mother of Cyril; two brothers, Freddy Reynolds (Nora) of Cyril and Tim Reynolds (Toye) of Chickasha, Okla.; and five grandchildren
The Rev. Randy Robertson will officiate services.
Burial is at Celestial Gardens Cemetery, Cyril.
Arrangements are by McRay’s Cyril Funeral Home.

Ethel Dever, 93, of Portales died Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Heartland Continuing Care Center in Portales
She was born May 5, 1912, in Coweta, Okla., Jessie Lee and John A. Dever.
She married to W.O. Dever on March 11, 1929, in Snyder, Texas. They farmed in the Snyder area until February 1948, when they moved to Tinsley Crossing west of Portales. They retired from farming in December 1978 and moved to Portales.
She was a member of the Central Homemakers Club and the Third and Kilgore Church of Christ.
Family members said she enjoyed crocheting and embroidering as well as other types of hand work.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Henry in 1939; a sister, Opal on March 14; a daughter, Sue Brumfield in 1997; and by her husband on Jan. 8, 1979.
She is survived by a son-in-law, John Brumfield of Dora; two daughters, Nelda Hayhurst (and husband, Joe) of Ruidoso Downs and Geneva Dendy (Jack) of Portales; seven grandchildren, Ronny and Rick Brumfield, Jerry Hayhurst, Carol Neill, Sherol Fritts, Jack Dendy Jr. and LaNeva Madden; 17 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren
David Bennett will officiate services, assisted by Joe Chandler
Burial is at Portales Cemetery
Pallbearers will be Jim Brumfield, Jim Chandler, Charles Terry, Damon Terry, Dale Brown and Jack Merrick.
Honorary pallbearers will be the elders and deacons of Third and Kilgore Church of Christ.
Arrangements are by Wheeler Mortuary of Portales.
