Kyle Joe Musick

Mr. Kyle Joe Musick, 46, of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at his home.
He was born Nov. 22, 1959, in Farmington to William Charles and Naomia Jean Justus Musick.
He graduated from Grants High in 1977. He graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 1983 with a bachelor of arts degree, majoring in art. He graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in 1989 with a bachelor of arts in education, majoring in English. While attending ENMU, he was the strength coach for the football team. He began his teaching career in 1989 at Eunice Municipal Schools. He was art director for Portales Municipal Schools from 1991 to 1995. He taught art in the Hondo Valley Schools from 1995 to 1996. He also taught at Moriarty.
He was proceeded in death by his mother; his paternal grandparents, John and Carrie Musick; his maternal grandparents, Claude and Miriam Justus; an uncle, Orville Justus; and a cousin, Dwight Justus
He is survived by his father of Clovis; a brother, Kevin Musick of Clovis; a sister-in-law, Therese Michael Musick of Clovis; two nieces, Jennifer Crowder (and husband, Brian and daughter, Madyson) of Clovis and Jessica Williams (Ronnie) of Clovis, a nephew, Justin Musick (Jana) of Clovis; and numerous cousins and friends.
Mike Kennedy will officiate services.
Burial is at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
Honorary pallbearers are Pat Randolph, Guyle Roberson, Billy Gee, Curtis Dean, Sterling Mize, Jeff Ebert, John Beach, Mike Ritchie, Dave Hall, Donny Carthel, Jimmie Gilliland, Bill Aucutt, Carl Michael, Brian Crowder and Ronnie Williams
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Kyle Musick Scholarship Fund at Moriarty schools.
