May 13, 2007 Magistrate Court Dispositions

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:
• Ricardo Rivas, 20, pleaded no contest to the charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense), speeding and faulty tail lamps, was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, complete 24 hours of community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all vehicles for a period of one year and pay court fees and fines.
• Joleen Szaloy, 26, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, was ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program and pay court fees and fines.
• Tana J. Martinez,24, pleaded not guilty to the charge of driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, was ordered to serve 364 days unsupervised probation, and pay court fees and fines.
• Dustin L. Henry, 22, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, was ordered to serve one year unsupervised probation.
• Pamela Baker, 44, pleaded no contest to the charge of disorderly conduct, was ordered to serve six months supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.
• Moses Ortiz, 23, pleaded guilty to the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and no insurance, was ordered to serve 357 days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, and pay court fees and fines.
• Gerald R Stearns, pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol (1st), was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, complete 24 hours of community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all vehicles for a period of one year and pay court fees and fines.
