The following is a sampling of calls received by Portales Police Department Dispatchers during the past week:

Saturday
• At 10:25 a.m., a caller reported a business had been broken onto in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.
• At 10:05 p.m., a caller reported kids in a van were driving around and shooting things with a paintball gun at the Lewis Cooper Arena.

Sunday
• At 9:04 p.m., a caller reported several males were moving in and around trucks parked at a business in the 600 block of South Avenue C.
• At 9:43 p.m., a caller reported someone was banging on her backdoor in the 1000 block of East Second Street.

Monday
• At 9:40 a.m., a caller reported a bike stolen from the 600 block of West 15th Street.
• At 4:06 p.m., a caller reported a leather jacket stolen from the back of his motorcycle in the 200 block of West Second Street.
• At 9:57 p.m., a caller reported his apartment had been broken into in the 1500 block of Arizona Drive.

Tuesday
• At 3:46 p.m., a caller reported damage to a card machine in the 1600 block of South Avenue D.
• At 10:31 p.m., a caller reported that someone has been coming up, spooking his horses and driving off on NM 88.

Wednesday
• At 9:55 a.m., a caller reported his motor chair had been stolen in the1900 block of South Avenue J.
• At 4:02 p.m., a caller reported that a lawn mower had been stolen in the 100 block of Oklahoma Drive.

Thursday
• At 12:57 a.m., a caller reported that someone was walking around the back of the apartments located in the 1900 block of South Avenue G.
• At 9:17 a.m., a caller reported an apartment had been broken into and the renter was out of town in the 1300 block of West Ivy.
• At 10:19 p.m., a caller reported someone tried to rob him while he was going to his car in the 600 block of North Avenue A.
