10-30 District Court Dispositions

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

• Kevin Gooch, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and was ordered to serve 48 hours of community service, complete ASPEN program, place an ignition interlock device on any vehilce driven for a period of one year, and pay court fees and fines.

• Carlos Michael Salas, 31, pleaded no contest to the charges of burgalry and was ordered to serve supervised probation, enter into and successfully complete a substance abuse program plt ay restitution, and court fees and fines.

• David S. Kosier, 49, pleaded no contest to the charges of aggravated third DWI, criminal damage to property and was ordered to serve three years supervised probation, enter into and successfully complete treatment, pay restitution, and pay court fees and fines.

• Casey Myers, 20, pleaded no contest to the charge of aggravated assault (deadly weapon) and was ordered to serve 18 months probation, enter into substance/alcohol abuse screening, pay restitution, and pay court fees and fines.

• Garry Lee Ward, 60, pleaded guilty o the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of liquor, negligent use of a deadly weapon, was oredered to serve two years supervised probation, complete treatment, perform 48 hours of community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on any vehicles driven for a period of two years, and pay court fees and fines.

• Isaac Zarate, 19, pleaded guilty/no contest to the charge of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, enter into substance/alcohol abuse screening, pay restitution, and court fees and fines.

• Chance Reynolds, 23, pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property (under $1,000) and battery upon a peace officer and was ordered to serve three years in the Department of Corrections, plus three years supervised probation upon release, and pay court fees and fines.
