The following dispositions have been filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court. According to the reports:
• Francisco Hernandez, 43, pleaded guilty to the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense), open container, speeding, no registration and driver must be licensed. He was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.
• Calvin Parks, 44, pleaded guilty to the charge of battery on a household member. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, enter and successfully complete a batterer’s intervention program approved by the CYFD and pay court costs and fees.
