What does your job entail? I work on and build transmission engines for tractors, troubleshooting and basically all the work that needs to be done on the machines, including making sure the air conditioning and heater work.

What is a typical day like for you? It feels as if I get to come to work and play. Find something you like to do, and you will never have to work in your life.

Why did you choose this job? I chose this field because it is just what I was born to do. I came here because my employers are the best people around to work for in their technical training and appreciation they show toward their employees.

What type of training is needed for this job? The more certifications one can get, the better off he or she is. I obtained my factory training from the McCormick company, among others.

What do you enjoy most about your job? The pleasant environment in which I work. The people that I work with are amazing.
