Monday: Baked chicken, wild rice, carrot raisin salad, biscuit, margarine, and mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: Liver, onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, sliced cucumbers, wheat roll, margarine, peaches, strawberries, and topping.

Wednesday: Chicken corn casserole, Pinto beans, spinach, flour tortilla, and an orange.

Thursday: Beef stew, cabbage, cornbread, and fruit salad.

Friday: Burrito, Spanish rice, salsa, corn, salad, dressing, and spiced apples.
