Tuesday: Chicken A La King, sauteed potatoes and onions, mustard greens with margarine, biscuit with margarine and chunky fruit.

Wednesday: Green chile hamburger stew, salad, dressing, cornbread, margarine and tropical fruit salad.

Thursday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, wheat roll, margarine and apple cobbler.

Friday: Pork butt roast, black-eyed peas, tomatoes, green chili, cornbread, margarine, cottage cheese and apricots.
