Tuesday: Chicken and noodles, peas, carrots, cornbread, margarine and fruit salad.

Wednesday: Pork roast, black-eyed peas, tomatoes with green chili, cornbread, margarine, cottage cheese and apricots.

Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, wheat roll, margarine and white cake.

Friday: Chicken enchiladas, Pinto beans, calabacitas, spinach salad, dressing, crackers, Jell-O and fruit.
