Charges are still pending in an April 23 wreck that left one man hospitalized, according to state police.
The collision occurred about 8:15 p.m. at the intersection of Roosevelt Road 7 and N.M. 206, police said.
Paul Legler, 39, was transported to Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock but is expected to survive, State Police Capt. Jimmy Glascock said.
As of Tuesday night, Legler was no longer listed among the hospital’s patients.
The occupants of the other vehicle, 35-year-old Dusty Niece and 33-year-old Betsy Niece, received minor injuries.
