The Eastern New Mexico University Board of Regents is set to vote on starting the design process and getting money for a new residence hall for the Portales campus during their meeting at 1 p.m. Friday at the ENMU-Ruidoso campus.

The agenda also includes votes on the introduction of two new fees and the removal of an existing fee for ENMU-Roswell and a resolution allowing the university to spend its own money for demolition and construction projects, then reimburse itself from bond proceeds.
