• Torricello Embry, born in 1974, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Embry was sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation, paying restitution and $173 in fines and fees.

• Monico Sanchez, born in 1981, pleaded guilty to concealing identity. Sanchez’s 90-day jail sentence was deferred with unsupervised probation and $123 in fines and fees.

June 13

• Emery Lomaintewa, birth year not available, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia as per a plea agreement. Lomaintewa received a deferred 364-day jail sentence, 364 days supervised probation and $198 in fines and fees.

June 28

• Michelle Ontiveros, born in 1982, pleaded no contest to a first offense of DWI as per a plea agreement. Ontiveros was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $241 in fines and fees.

Aug. 3

• Mark Bonem, born in 1969, pleaded guilty to assault on health care personnel and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, as per a plea agreement. Bonem was sentenced to 728 days of supervised probation, paying restitution, writing letters of apology and $326 in fines and fees.

• Mark Bonem, born in 1969, pleaded guilty to a first offense of aggravated DWI and battery, while charges of driving on a suspended or revoked driver license and not wearing a seat belt were dismissed as per a plea agreement. Bonem was sentenced to 215 days in jail with 125 days of pre-sentence credit, 57 days of supervised probation and $694 in fines and fees.
