Fire chat

Karen Burns of the Clovis Fire Department is the guest speaker Tuesday for the Curry County Republican Women.

Happy Birthday Roald Dahl is actually a children’s program 4:30 p.m., Tuesday at the Portales Public Library for ages 9-12.

There’s a movie, “James and The Giant Peach” and free popcorn.
