On Nov. 5, all voters registered in Roosevelt County who live within the boundaries of the Dora School District may vote on the General Obligation Bond Question.
Voters do not have to be property owners to vote.
The purpose of the $1.5 million bond is to maintain and enhance Dora School facilities and reduce energy costs with a number of proposed projects, including extensive plumbing repair in both gyms, heating and cooling in the preschool building and agriculture shop, flooring in the older gym and auditorium, restrooms and lights for the football field, and playground improvements.
If you want information, call Steve Barron, superintendent of Dora Schools, at 477-2211 or contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
