Schedule
Monday: Entry day
• 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: All junior livestock must be on the fairgrounds. All swine will be weighed as they are unloaded. Children showing lambs, market goats and dairy heifers must weigh, measure and classify their animals.
• 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Booth setup in the Home Arts Building.

Tuesday: Fair officially opens
• 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: New Mexico Christian Children’s Home Pork Chop Breakfast in the Jake Lopez Building.
• 8 a.m.: Steers will be weighed.
• 8 a.m. to noon: Merchants Building booth setup.
• 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Flower Show entries in the Youth Building.
• 9 a.m. to noon: Judge adult crafts, fine arts, handwork, photography, sewing and woodworking, 4-H, 4-H open, junior crafts and sub junior crafts, food preservation.
• 10 a.m.: Judge poultry.
• Noon: Judge Flower Show.
• 4 p.m.: Market swine shows
• 5 p.m.: Voting opens for Fair Board elections in Home Arts Building.
• 5-10 p.m.: Doors open on Merchant Building, Home Arts and Youth buildings.

Wednesday
• 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Home Arts and Youth buildings open to public.
• 1 p.m.: Roosevelt County Bred Goat Show, Booster Market Goat Show, Market Goat First Year Feeders, Market Goat Show and Market Goat Showmanship held in the Pavilion.
• 5 p.m.: Roosevelt County Bred Lamb Show, Booster Market Lamb Show, Market Lamb First Year Feeders, Market Lamb Show, Market Lamb Showmanship held in the Pavilion.
• 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Merchants Building opens to public.
• 5 p.m. to midnight: Carnival opens.
• 8 p.m. to midnight: StateLine Band performs on the Slab.

Thursday: Senior Citizen Day and Military Appreciation Night
• 8 a.m.: Youth Horse Show in the Arena.
• 8 a.m. to noon: Senior citizens (ages 65+) are granted free admission.
• 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Pioneer Day in the Jake Lopez Building.
• 9 a.m.: Dairy Heifer First Year Feeder, Dairy Heifer Show and Dairy Heifer Showmanship held in the Pavilion.
• 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Home Arts and Youth buildings open to public.
• 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Merchants Building open to public.
• 4:30 p.m.: Breeding Beef Show in the Pavilion.
• 5 p.m. to midnight: Military Appreciation Night. Children get in free when adult presents military ID.
• 5 p.m. to midnight: Carnival opens.
• 6 p.m.: Roosevelt County Bred Steer Show, Market Steer First Year Feeder and Market Steer Show held in the Pavilion.
• 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Clovis Area Train Society Model Railroad Display in the Youth Building.
• 8 p.m. to midnight: Will Banister and The Modern Day Ramblers perform on the Slab.
• 9:30 p.m.: Junior Livestock Sale books close.

Friday: Sale day
• 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Clovis Area Train Society Model Railroad Display in the Youth Building.
• 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Home Arts and Youth buildings open to public.
• 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Merchants Building open to public.
• 3 p.m. to midnight: Carnival opens.
• 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Awards presentation. Cookie jar and candy box presentations in the Show Arena.
• 6:30 p.m.: Junior Livestock Sale in the Show Arena followed by BBQ in the Jake Lopez Building.
• 8 p.m. to midnight: Seth Savage and The Ugly Brothers Band perform on the Slab.

Saturday
• 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Clovis Area Train Society Model Railroad Display in the Youth Building.
• 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Register for Pet Show in the Pavilion.
• 10 a.m.: Kiwanis Pet Show, Stick Horse Race, Turtle Race, Dummy Roping and Goat Branding in the Pavilion.
• 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Home Arts and Youth buildings open to public.
• Noon to 10 p.m.: Merchants Building open to public.
• 3 p.m. to midnight: Carnival opens.
• 5 p.m.: Cotton Extravaganza Style Show and awards in the Jake Lopez Building.
• 7 p.m.: Fair Board election closes in the Home Arts Building.
• 8 p.m. to midnight: The Delk Band performs on the Slab.
