Wilma Genola Sweat Clary Services: 2 p.m. (CST) Saturday at Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock. Wilma Genola Sweat Clary, 95, of Lubbock died on Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Carillon Senior Living Campus in Lubbock. She was born on Nov. 25, 1908, in Gentry County, Mo., to George Glen and Octa Maria Butler Sweat. She graduated from Floyd High School in 1927. She married William Sumner Clary on April 14, 1929. They were teachers in the schools of Roosevelt, Eddy and Lea counties, for more than 30 years. She was a member of Green Lawn Church of Christ in Lubbock. She was preceded in death by her husband; and two sisters, Edna Mae Sweat and Glenna Maria Toliver. Survivors include a sister Ola Borden (and husband, R.L.) of Portales; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dale Mannon will officiate the services. Arrangements are by Resthaven Funeral Home of Lubbock.
