The Roosevelt County War Memorial site will be completed this fall with the addition of 196 paver stones as a walkway in front of the memorial, according to a Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce press release.

 Engraved pavers can be purchased in honor of someone who has served in the U.S. armed forces.

The Roosevelt County War Memorial committee has set a goal of having the walkway installed by Veterans Day on Nov. 12. The deadline for anyone wishing to purchase a paver is Sept. 15. Installation of new pavers will only be made periodically after that.
