Birthday Announcement Submission Form

Deadline for submission for the Sunday Lifestyles section is 1 p.m. the Wednesday before publication. A submission constitutes this form and one photo for those celebrating 80 or more years, in five year increments (80,85,90,95,100,etc.), annually after 100. The name and phone number of a contact person, must be included on this form. Questions may be directed to the News Room Assistant at 575-763-6991.
