The cities of Portales and Clovis experienced two round of thunderstorms Friday.

Radar estimates show that the area experienced anywhere from two-tenths of an inch to three inches of rain over a 24-hour period, according to Accuweather officials. Around midnight the area also experienced a hail storm with hail about one-inch in diameter.
