Commission to discuss franchise agreement

Freedom New Mexico Roosevelt County Board of Commissioners will consider a franchise agreement with Southwestern Public Service during their meeting Tuesday. Also the commissioners will hear from department heads and consider a budget adjustment for Milnesand Fire Department.

Franchise agreement up to county commission vote

Freedom New Mexico During their meeting 9 a.m. Tuesday, the Roosevelt County Commission is expected to vote on a notice of intent to adopt a franchise agreement with Southwestern Public Service Company. The agenda also includes a budget adjustment to allocate traffic grant money and a year-to-date report from Ricky Lovato, Road Department chief.
