Freedom New Mexico Central Clovis is experienced a power outage from 3:15 p.m. until about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. Xcel Spokesman Wes Reeves said the outage occurred when a fuse blew in a substation that serves central Clovis. Reeves said that crews went to work immediately to restore power.
