Firearm disposal waste of money

Why would government destroy firearms when it could have circulated them into the hands of law-abiding citizens? That’s the question asked by Alan Gottlieb, executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, and Dave Workman, senior editor of Gun Week, in a recent opinion column.
