Press release: Portales promotes summer voluntary watering schedule

Beginning this month, the City of Portales is encouraging all city and county residents to practice smart water consumption and conservation. The 2009 Summer Voluntary Water Schedule promotes such practices. The schedule is as follows: •

The scheduled series between the Eastern New Mexicio University baseball team and West Texa A&M has been adjusted due to inclement weather forecast for the Canyon, Texas area this weekend.
